(Mar. 4, 2022) An action-packed event is headed for New Orleans, Louisiana. XMMA returns with 10 fights for ‘XMMA 4: Black Magic’ on April 2nd at The Fillmore.
The star-studded card will be headlined by former 2x UFC title challenger and The Ultimate Fighter Champion John Dodson and UFC veteran Francisco Rivera Jr. They will meet in a bantamweight bout.
Both men have fought under the XMMA banner before, with Dodson coming from a main event loss to Cody Gibson at XMMA 3. ‘The Magician’ looks to rebound at XMMA 4: Black Magic.
‘Cisco’ Rivera fought at XMMA 1, where he picked up a brutal first-round KO off Ryan Lilley. He recently competed in an 8-man tournament over at Combate Global, where he almost won 3 fights in one night. However, he came up short in the finale.
The UFC vets will collide in the headliner of the event. Also on the card lies former UFC stars Bobby Nash, Kyle Stewart, Carlton Minus, Zak Ottow, Kyle Bochniak, Sasha Palatnikov, Matt Sayles, Cole Smith and John Howard. Plus, it will feature a plethora of regional standouts including KO artist John ‘Hollywood’ Sweeney and the always dangerous Josh ‘Hook On’ Harvey.
